Returns & Refunds:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed with our No Question Asked 30-Days Return Policy. If upon receiving any of our remote control vehicle products, you've decided that our product(s) isn't what you wanted, simply don't install, setup or otherwise use the product, notify us within 10-days of delivery, cover the cost of shipping and return item within 30 days for a refund. Granted return for refund request for reasons caused by the buyer, such as change of mind, incorrect/insufficient delivery address, will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee, and refund amount will be less original shipping and handling expenses. Return for refund due to errors on our part, will not be subjected to any restocking fee. All refunds are sent back to their respective original method of payment.
We also sell a wide range of specialty remote control products, which are fulfilled from our overseas order fulfillment centers. These specialty items are exempt from or 30-days No Question Asked Return Policy. Due to the high logistic cost of fulfilling these specialty items, we only accept returns on these specialty items under limited circumstances, such as your ordered item arriving damaged or significantly different from what was ordered. If upon receiving your ordered specialty item, you've discovered damaged item(s), promptly notify us within 10-days of delivery, and we'll arrange a replacement order to be shipped out to you at no additional cost to you.
